Disclosure Policy

1. Basic Policy

The Company has clearly stipulated action guidelines for all of the executives and employees of WORLD HOLDINGS composed of WORLD HOLDINGS CO., LTD. as the holding company and each of the Group’s business companies. In accordance with the spirit of these guidelines, the Company will comply with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other relevant laws and regulations as it works to make timely and appropriate disclosures of material information related to the Company to shareholders, investors, and all other stakeholders in an accurate, easy-to-understand, fair, and prompt manner.

 

2. Information disclosure criteria

The following information is considered material information that is subject to disclosure.
1) Information subject to disclosure in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules stipulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2) Company information disclosed on a voluntary basis that is not subject to Timely Disclosure Rules, but that could affect investment decision by investors.
However, this does not necessarily apply to specific information that has the risk of significantly damaging the interests of the Company./p>  

3. Information disclosure method

Information subject to disclosure in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules stipulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange is conducted through TDnet (Timely Disclosure Network), which is the timely disclosure information transmission system provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. While information disclosed through TDnet is promptly disclosed through the Company’s website, in some cases there may be delays in disclosure by TDnet. For this reason, if you wish to confirm the Company’s disclosed information, please refer to both the Company’s website and other information media including TDnet.

 

4. Quiet period

To prevent the leakage of earnings information and ensure fairness, a quiet period shall be established for two weeks before the end of fiscal year, interim, and quarterly earnings release dates. During this period, as a general rule the Company shall not to respond to or comment on inquiries relating to earnings information for the relevant period.
