History

February 1993	World Intec Co., Ltd. (currently WORLD HOLDINGS CO., LTD.) was established in Kokurakita-ku, Kitakyushu-shi with the business objective of providing outsourcing services for various businesses (capital of 10 million yen).
June 1997	Established the Field Engineer (FE) Department, now Technology Department, and established the FE Kitakyushu Business in Kitakyushu-shi Kokura-ku.
December 2000	World Green Staff (currently the consolidated subsidiary World Resiselling Co., Ltd.) became a subsidiary.
February 2002	Established the Research and Development Division.
July 2003	Established Taiwan Human Resource Management (currently WORLD INTEC TAIWAN CO., LTD.) (Taiwan) (currently a consolidated subsidiary).
February 2005	Became listed on the JASDAQ Securities Exchange.
April 2005	Entered the Sales Staff Dispatch Business ( currently World Stuffing Co., Ltd.).
September 2005	Certified by supervising agency with the manufacturing contracting standards serving as the standards for conducting proper manufacturing contracting.

February 2014	WORLD INTEC De-merger Preparatory Company Ltd. (currently WORLD HOLDINGS CO., LTD., investment ratio of 100%) established in preparation for the adoption of a holding company system.
July 2014	Transitioned to a holding company structure through a corporate split-off and changed the company name to World Holdings, Inc.
November 2014	Ltd. is established as a joint venture with ENGMA Corporation to provide contract manufacturing services mainly to Japanese companies in China.
December 2014	Mikuni Corporation (currently Mikuni Corporation), a comprehensive real estate business, World Mikuni Corporation, a developer centered on the Kyushu area, and M's Corporation (currently M's World Co., Ltd.), which sells, manages, and manages real estate in Hokkaido. Made a subsidiary

February 2018	Made Nishihi Information Service Co., Ltd., which develops outsourced software, a subsidiary
November 2018	Established WORLD INTEC AMERICA, INC. As a base for human resources and education business in the United States.
February 2022	DIMPLE CO., LTD., which provides human resources services for face-to-face sales, became a group company.
April 2022	Moved from the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange to the Prime Market due to a revision of the Tokyo Stock Exchange's market classification.
June 2022	CREATIVE CO., LTD., which provides human resources services for manufacturers and industrial plants, became a group company.
July 2023	Formed a strategic business alliance with YAMATO HOLDINGS CO., LTD.
September 2023	YAMATO.STAFF.SUPPLY.CO.,LTD., which provides human resource services related to logistics, became a group company.
